Short version. HiRes runs entirely in your browser. It has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and it never sells or shares data. The images, listings and settings it works with stay on your own computer. The only information that ever leaves your device is the email address you choose to type in when you activate a Pro licence — and only then.
HiRes is a browser extension published by an independent developer. For any privacy question you can write to support@facailo.xyz.
HiRes adds a panel to product pages on Amazon, AliExpress, Shopee, Lazada, Temu and Etsy. When you ask it to, it reads the images, variant (SKU) data, video links and product information that are already displayed on the page you have open, and saves the files you selected to your computer's Downloads folder.

We do not receive, and do not want, any information about the products you look at, the pages you visit, the files you download or the searches you run. The extension has no telemetry.
So that the extension keeps working when a shop changes its page layout, it downloads a small JSON data file (CSS selector strings, field names and numeric thresholds) from our server about once every 6 hours. That request contains no page content, no URL of yours and no identifier. It is data only — never code — and you can turn it off, or point it at your own address, in the extension's settings.
Pro is a one-time purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Waffo / Pancake); card and wallet details are entered on their page and are never seen by the extension or by us. We receive only the order reference, the email address you supplied and the payment status.
Your licence key is a signed token that the extension verifies offline with a public key built into the package. It is stored locally on your device. Nothing about your usage is sent when it is checked.
Local data (history, settings, licence) lives on your machine and is removed when you clear the extension's data or uninstall it. Order records held by our payment provider and by us are kept as long as needed for accounting and support. To ask us to delete the email address associated with your order, write to support@facailo.xyz.
HiRes is a tool for professional sellers and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, mention it in the extension's release notes.
HiRes 完全在你的浏览器里运行：没有账号、没有统计、没有广告，图片与表格数据只保存在你本机。唯一会离开你设备的信息，是你在「已购买？用邮箱换取激活码」时主动填写的邮箱（用于查找订单并签发授权），以及你在结账时提供的邮箱（支付服务商转告我们，用于发码与售后）。我们不收集浏览记录、不上传页面内容、不出售任何数据。授权码在本机离线校验。规则文件同步只发送一个不含任何用户信息的请求。
