Open the extension, go to Settings → Pro, and in the “Already purchased?” box enter the email address you paid with, then press Activate. The extension will fetch your code automatically.
If that reports “no paid order for this email”, the address probably does not match the one used at checkout — send us the order reference (it starts with ORD_) and we will sort it out.
Licences are one-time purchases without an expiry date. If the extension reports a problem, first check that the whole code was pasted (it is long). Codes are stored on your machine only, so re-installing the extension means activating again — the code itself never stops working.
Some pages lazy-load their gallery. Scroll through the product images once, then use the panel again. If a site has changed its layout, use Settings → Advanced → Images missing? Refresh reading rules — that pulls a fresh set of reading rules without updating the extension.
Yes. The licence is tied to you, not to a machine. Activate it on each computer you work from.
Pro is a one-time purchase. If it does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and we will refund it. We would rather refund than keep someone who cannot use the tool.
Amazon, AliExpress, Shopee, Lazada, Temu and Etsy product pages. Other sites are not supported.
What we do and do not receive is described in the privacy policy. In short: everything runs locally, and the only data that ever reaches us is the email address used to issue a licence.
